• The buyer agrees to pay the total amount on all sales order in full prior to delivery or pickup. 

• Fulfillment dates are estimates. Wild West Furniture is not responsible for delays or vendor cancellations. 

• All mattresses, custom orders, special orders, closeout items, and "as-is" items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. 

• Eligible merchandise may be returned to the store within 7 days of fulfillment with the original receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition. Approved returns will be issued as store credit. Refunds, if granted, are at the sole discretion of Wild West Furniture and may be subject to a restocking fee. 

• Warranties vary by manufacturer. Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, and environmental damage are not covered. 

• Purchased items may be stored by Wild West Furniture for up to 30 days at no charge. Storage fees may apply after 30 days.
